Sliced Tomatoes

Is there anything better in the summer than sliced tomatoes I ask you?
Don't answer that.
Anyways...

A couple of nights ago I made this recipe that was emailed to
me on the "About Southern recipes" newslettter.
Tomatoes in a creamy dill sauce.

I put it on a bed of lettuce because...well...I just felt like it.

It was pretty yummy.
Easy and simple to put together and nice for warm nights
when you don't want to cook up a side dish.
