A Vintage Bar Cart Makeover

A few months ago I posted about trying to find a vintage bar cart to use in a small corner of my dining room.

My sister in law Becky saw the post and said she had an old cart she didn't need and that I could have it :)

The cart was black and in need of a new paint job, so I used some of that Martha Stewart metallic paint (in Thundercloud) from Home Depot. I just loved the paint selection they had and each jar was only about $5-7 each. The gray color I chose is a really pretty pewter color. It's so nice now to have a place to store all of our bottles, mixers, glasses, etc.
