Separating The Cream From Milk When You Have Raw Milk

I love the raw milk we buy from a local farm and sometimes I want to separate the cream from the milk. I get SO much cream from a gallon of raw milk!  At first I was spooning it off the top, but then I saw a tip online where you use a turkey baster to remove it....that is SO much easier! I got one for a few dollars at Target recently.
