Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Gluten Free and Sugar Free

Yesterday I made this recipe for banana oatmeal cookies.
They tasted wonderful! I will definitely make them again. 
They are  egg free, gluten free, dairy free, and work well when following the Nourishing Traditions type of "diet". They would probably do well with raisins in place of the chocolate chips too.
 I made a few changes though. Here's what I did:

1 1/2  c. old fashioned oats (divided)
2 ripe organic bananas
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp organic peanut butter
1/4 c. Chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life chips since they are nut, dairy, and soy free)

In a food processor or with an immersion blender (which is what I used) blend together 1 cup of the oats, both bananas, honey and the peanut butter. Then stir in the chocolate chips and  remaining 1/2 cup of oats.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop the cookies onto the pan. Mine were maybe a tablespoon size. I just eyeballed it.
Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 15 minutes.

They are so good right out of the oven!
